my dvd rom can't read cd or dvd-solution

 solution:

1. this problem occur when you having a another drive as a same name.just see in my computer. if you have a same drive then change your drive name.
2. this problem occur when your drive is dirty.so clean it using  standard CD cleaner .
3. this problem occur when DVD Lance in your drive might have damage .so change your DVD Lance if it have damage.
4. some times its occur cause some viruses so scan your all drive using standard antivirus.
